Terms of service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Marketplace role

The platform identifies and routes service requests to independent providers. Unless explicitly stated, it is not the provider, employer, insurer, law firm, medical professional, or guarantor of the work. Availability, estimates, licensing, scope, timing, and final price must be confirmed directly with the provider.

User responsibilities

Provide accurate contact/location information, describe the request lawfully, obtain permission before uploading another person's data, and do not submit malware, prohibited content, false emergencies, spam, or attempts to bypass access controls. Call local emergency services when life or immediate safety is at risk.

Provider responsibilities

Providers must maintain required licenses, insurance, lawful communication and billing practices, protect lead data, use it only for the accepted request, and honor platform lead-fee terms. Customer service payments go directly to the provider unless a separate written payment flow states otherwise.

Accounts and enforcement

Keep credentials confidential and enable available security controls. We may throttle, suspend, revoke sessions, reject content, or close access to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Attempts to obtain customer details without accepting applicable lead terms may result in suspension and recovery of fees.

Disclaimers and disputes

Price ranges and AI summaries are informational estimates, not professional advice or guaranteed quotes. The service is provided subject to applicable law. Provider work disputes should first be addressed with the provider and platform support; mandatory rights in your jurisdiction are not waived.
