What we collect

We collect the contact, location, service, conversation, consent, attachment, account, device/session, routing, acceptance, billing, and support information needed to process a request and operate the marketplace. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.

How we use and share it

We validate and classify requests, prevent abuse, estimate service ranges, match a compatible provider, communicate status, bill providers for accepted leads, support users, and protect the platform. Qualified request information is disclosed only to an authorized provider or client organization under the applicable assignment, acceptance, and payment rules. Service processors may handle the minimum data required for hosting and database services, email/SMS/Telegram delivery, Stripe payments, and enabled AI analysis.

AI and automated decisions

Automated classification, spam checks, scoring, and price estimates assist routing; estimates are not guarantees. Unusual, low-confidence, sensitive, or unmatched requests can be reviewed manually. AI features use fallback rules when an external model is unavailable.

Retention and security

We keep data only for service, security, accounting, dispute, and legal needs under the retention schedule. We use access controls, private attachments, encrypted transport, session protection, signed webhooks, audit logs, and data minimization. No internet system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

Depending on your location, you may request access/export, correction, restriction, or deletion. Signed-in users can use account privacy controls; anyone may use the data request page. We verify identity and may retain records required for open work, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or law.

Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use the data request page or email privacy@unis.help. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment card data, or unnecessary sensitive documents by email.
